CANCELATION POLICY:  We respectfully request, as a courtesy to both clients and  your stylists, that appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancelation fee.  Messages can be left after hours on our answering machine.  

 We reserve the right to charge a 50% service fee for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.

Price quotes:  by definition is "a cost estimate of approximation of a project".  

A price quote may not be the final cost.

RE-WORK POLICY:  "To error is human"... although it does not happen often at IHW, it can happen; we would rather know about any 'RE-WORK" senarios and our staff wants to assure you to feel comfortable about calling us (as soon as possible)!  We are professionals and as such we stand behind our work!
